Teddy was born August 16th 2004. He came to us two months later. This is Teddy's story...

He was picked up in Sarpsborg an evening in October 2004. He had to drive for 1,5 hour to get to our home. He was in Andreas's lap with his favorite blanket. When they let him out of the car outside our house, he just walked over to the grass to lie down. He had never been much outdoors before, so he probably thought it was a new place to sleep.

Andreas carried him indoors and let him walk by himself down the hallway. He stopped outside my open door for then to continue down the hall and hide under the coach.

When he was a puppy, he loved to hide among Mosken's law books. When he grew bigger, he just kicked some of the books out...

Teddy the Captain

Mosken runs an online support group called Friends International. The members have given him the nickname Captain Teddy because he so often is seen on photos from our boat with his handsome lifejacket.

Actually, Teddy doesn't like water! He walks around ponds of water in the road and he wants to sleep most of the day if it rains.

He is terrified when he is carried from the boat to the dock...but he doesn't mind being in the boat. It has become one of his homes. When we dock at a new place, he is up and about observing whether Knut does everything right!
